Completing a Workout on the MaxOne Athlete Mobile App

There are two ways you can access and complete a workout as an athlete - through a workout assigned to you on the Home Screen or a Workout of your choosing from the Workouts screen.

Assigned Workout:

  1. Open the MaxOne Athlete app and login to your MaxOne athlete account
  2. You will be taken to the Home Screen, at the top of the screen it will show if your coach has assigned a specific workout to you for that day
  3. Click on the workout assigned to get started
  4. You’re in! Click through each Drill and Exercise, watch the Drill/Exercise videos, and record scores as you go!
  5. Once you exit the workout and return, you will be able to select if you’d like to continue your previous workout or begin a new one

Workouts List:

  1. Open the MaxOne Athlete app and login to your MaxOne athlete account
  2. You will be taken to the Home Screen, click on the top left to pull down the sidebar
  3. Select the Workouts tab
  4. Scroll through and click on any of the Workout Programs listed to access the individual workouts
  5. Click the green “Start Workout” to the right of that workout to be taken to that workout to begin
  6. Click through each Drill and Exercise, watch the Drill/Exercise videos, and record scores as you go!
  7. Once you exit the workout and return, you will be able to select if you’d like to continue your previous workout or begin a new one
