Adding Drills, Exercises, and Education Materials

Adding Content for Your Athletes.

Before you invite athletes to your MaxOne account, let's post some Drills, Exercises, and Education Materials to give them something to do when they first log in.

The following steps will help you add a Drill, Exercise, or Educational Material from your computer that you will be able to share right to your athletes' phone.

Skill Development

  • Adding a Skill
  1. Navigate to the *Skill Development* tab on the left-hand side
  2. Select the + symbol at the top right of your screen
  3. Input the information for your skill
    1. Name
    2. Category (Skill, Strength, or Educational)
    3. What you want to track (weight, count, time)
    4. Enable or Disable the Performance Leaderboard
    5. Add a value for the Points Leaderboard
    6. Input coaching points into the description
  4. Click “media”
    1. Upload a file from your computer
    2. Link in a clip from YouTube or Vimeo
    3. Upload a file for your thumbnail
  5. Click “tags”
    1. Input a tag to sort the activity in your library

Strength & Conditioning

  • Adding an Exercise
  1. Navigate to the *Strength and Conditioning* tab on the left-hand side
  2. Select the + symbol at the top right of your screen
  3. Input the information for your exercise
    1. Name
    2. Category (Skill, Strength, or Educational)
    3. What you want to track (weight, count, time)
    4. Enable or Disable the Performance Leaderboard
    5. Add a value for the Points Leaderboard
    6. Input coaching points into the description
  4. Click “media”
    1. Upload a file from your computer
    2. Link in a clip from YouTube or Vimeo
    3. Upload a file for your thumbnail

Education Materials

  1. Navigate to the *Education Materials* tab on the left-hand side
  2. Select the + symbol at the top right of your screen
  3. Input the information for your activity
    1. Name
    2. Category (Skill, Strength, or Educational)
    3. What you want to track (weight, count, time)

    5. Input coaching points into the description
